By accessing or using MyDataHub Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

About the service

MyDataHub Portal is a digital platform that helps merchants apply for alternative financing based on Bayarlah sales and related business data. Dattel Asia Group operates the portal as part of an MDEC initiative. The portal facilitates application submission and review; financing, if approved, may be provided by participating financing partners under separate terms.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and verify your email address where required. You are responsible for activity under your account. The portal is intended for merchants and authorized partner or internal users with assigned roles. You must not create accounts using false or misleading information.

Google Sign-In

MyDataHub Portal may offer sign-in and registration through Google. By choosing Continue with Google, you authorize Google to share your name and email address with us for account creation and authentication, and you agree that Google’s terms and privacy policy also apply to that sign-in flow. You remain responsible for securing access to your Google account. Linking or unlinking Google does not change your obligation to keep account information accurate.

Applications, documents, and consent

When you submit a financing application, you confirm that the information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and belong to you or your business. You agree to provide additional information if requested during review. You may be asked to sign consent letters or authorizations so MyDataHub and its partners can assess your application using relevant business and transaction data.

Financing decisions

Pre-approval indicators, tier assignments, and application status updates are provided for guidance only. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or disbursement. Final financing decisions, amounts, pricing, and repayment terms are determined by the relevant financing partner and may require additional verification.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, or impersonate another person except where explicitly authorized staff workflows allow login-on-behalf support for merchants. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated.

Disclaimers and liability

The portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Information shown in the portal does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dattel Asia Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the portal, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
